Your privacy is important to us. We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

Like most applications, Fred Map collects non-personally identifiable usage information in order to maintain, protect, and improve the platform. Anonymous statistics like phone type and crash logs are collected for use in maintenance to support improvements to Fred Map services.

Fred Map provides opt-in support for location tracking. Fredericksburg city staff can enable features in this app that turn on a location monitoring service on their own devices to report their location to other Fred Map users. For instance, this feature is used to report the location of Santa to other Fred Map users during the holiday season. Non city staff users locations are not tracked.

Yard Sale Treasure Map discloses potentially personally-identifiable information and personally-identifiable information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliate organizations that i) need to know that information in order to process it on Yard Sale Treasure Map’s behalf and ii) have agreed not to disclose that information to others.

Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
